Day by day, we learn, grow, and inspire each other, building strong bonds through collaboration and creativity. Together with our valued partners and suppliers, we proudly call ourselves The Bali Florist family.

Our Story
The Bali Florist was founded by a woman with a deep love for gift-giving and a long-held dream of building something of her own. Though her professional background was in hospitality and digital marketing, floristry had been quietly woven into her life since childhood. Growing up in bustling Jakarta, she was surrounded by the quiet presence of her mother’s small floral business—an early influence that, though not hands-on, planted the seeds of an appreciation for nature and the beauty of flowers.
Her work and family life took her around the world, until her husband’s career brought them to Bali in 2013. Here, they embraced a more grounded lifestyle—one that allowed her to reconnect with the outdoors and pursue a more balanced, intentional way of living.
Since opening in 2017, The Bali Florist has welcomed many young local talents—students who joined the small florist while pursuing their university studies and experimenting with floristry to see if it might be the right fit. Some discovered a genuine interest and stayed to grow within our close-knit team, while others moved on to pursue different paths, carrying with them valuable creative and professional experience.
What began as a response to a simple opportunity has blossomed into a meaningful way to spread joy and love through flowers—on the island and beyond. In 2021, the journey continued with the opening of Café Bloom Bali, a cozy gathering space created within the original section of the florist. It has since further grown into BloomWerk, a neighboring co-working space designed for remote workers who enjoy meaningful connections in inspiring settings. In mid 2025 The Bali Florist opened a floral and gift booth at Bali International Hospital in Sanur. Another recent expansion is Bloom After Dark, a vinyl listening mocktail
lounge that occupies BloomWerk space in the evenings between Thursday – Saturday alongside vinyl DJs from Westside Muzeeq.
We hope our journey inspires others to follow their own passions and grow alongside the communities they touch. Every milestone has brought its own joyful challenges—and with them, priceless experiences, meaningful moments, and lifelong friends.

Sodafresh Indonesia
Based in Jakarta, PT Soda Fresh Indonesia (Sodafresh) is the first soda maker in Indonesia to offer full service and the only one that guarantees refill availability at any time. It is a proudly owned and run Indonesian company founded in 2015 with a mission to make soda makers popular in Indonesia while encouraging the reduction of plastic/aluminium waste within our environment.
As part of The Bali Florist’s effort towards being a sustainable business, we support Sodafresh by distributing their soda maker, CO2 tank products and CO2 tank refill swaps.
Sobas Sweets
Sobas Sweets has been a close partner since our journey began in 2017. Sobas is a Bali-based artisanal pâtissier specializing in chocolate pralines crafted with high-quality ingredients.
Their signature 12-piece box features an indulgent mix of dark and milk chocolate pralines made from rich, aromatic Belgian chocolate, each with a delightful surprise filling and presented in a beautifully designed gift box. For those with dietary preferences, a non-dairy (vegan) option is also available.
During Valentine’s and Christmas, don’t miss out on their limited-edition chocolate praline boxes, perfect for celebrating the season.
Rosalie Cheese
In partnership with us since 2023, Rosalie Cheese is a renowned Bali-based cheese producer and a woman-led, medium-sized business enterprise located in Sanur.
Founded in 2017, Rosalie Cheese specializes in crafting authentic Indonesian cheese, drawing inspiration from the vibrant charm of Rosalie, a suburb in Brisbane, Australia. By blending traditional cheese-making techniques with premium Indonesian milk, they infuse every bite with the essence of Indonesia.
What began as a small operation supplying specialty supermarkets has grown into a thriving business that now serves premium retailers and proudly operates its own boutique cheese shop in Sanur.
Les Bijoux de Manon
A French native who grew up in Ubud, Bali, has been handcrafting jewelry since the age of 8. Her expertise includes creating self-made molds and custom jewelry pieces. Inspired by nature, her silver creations incorporate various stones, including lava stones, Rudraksha beads, bamboo, silver, glass beads, crystals, and healing stones from around the world.
Her floral-inspired collection features individually handcrafted 925 silver pieces. The designs include dandelion, eucalyptus, frangipani, love heart, and zinnias, reflecting her passion for natural beauty and artistry. Each piece is a unique testament to her craftsmanship and love for the art of jewelry-making.
Rin's Kitchen – A Taste of Home
Founded during the pandemic in 2020, Rin’s Kitchen specializes in house-made pie tarts crafted with quality natural ingredients and reduced sugar content. Each pie is lovingly prepared with a passion for perfection, combining premium ingredients and meticulous care to deliver joy and happiness in every bite.
Some of her best-selling pies include Belgian Chocolate Cheese and Tiramisu—absolute must-tries. For those seeking a more adventurous flavor experience, the Red Velvet and Matcha Cheese pies are delightful options that shouldn’t be missed.
After meeting at various handicraft markets, we were inspired by Bali Life Foundation's mission to help both women and children transition from life on the streets to becoming productive members of society.
In mid-2024, Bali Life became one of our partners, supplying us with beautiful handcrafted products made from recycled fabrics and materials, which we now sell at our florist. Their product range includes keychains, coasters, bread baskets, and Balinese dolls, all handmade by the women and children who attend their workshops to learn new skills and become productive. These products have been very popular with both tourists and regular customers at the florist and café.
The 1000 Days Fund was created to develop and test innovative, cost-effective solutions to end stunting—a condition affecting 1 in 3 Indonesian children. The foundation partners with governments to build capacity, works with communities to deliver tools, trains community health workers (CHWs), and advocates for policy changes to address stunting’s root causes.
The Bali Florist is proud to support their sustainable efforts by providing smart blankets for mothers and vests for health workers, helping to educate other health workers and mothers on stunting prevention in remote areas in Indonesia.
