DELIVERY IN BALI
ONLINE PAYMENTS
- 01At The Bali Florist, we deliver every bouquet and gift with the utmost care across the island of Bali. We work exclusively with our own florist-dedicated drivers, using cars for larger floral arrangements. In certain situations — such as smaller, easy-to-handle arrangements or gifts combined with heavy traffic conditions — we may opt for motorbike delivery, with specially secured packaging, to ensure a timely and safe arrival. To ensure every delivery is received safely and respectfully, we do not leave flowers unattended unless specifically requested by the recipient. Recipients are always informed when their flowers are on the way or waiting for them. From our hands to theirs, every delivery is handled with care and intention.
- 02Our delivery coverage area throughout Bali comprises of the following nine regencies: Please refer to the map and the list of sub-regencies (locally known as Kelurahan or Desa, meaning village) below for a more detailed breakdown of our delivery areas. Kindly note that we do not deliver to Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida due to logistical constraints. As deliveries to the neighbouring islands require sea transport, we are unable to guarantee the safe and timely arrival of flowers. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise the quality and condition of every arrangement we send.
- 03Due to ongoing challenges in ensuring the safekeeping of unaccompanied flower arrangements and gift items transported via fast boat to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida (both part of Klungkung Regency), we are currently unable to offer delivery to these neighbouring islands until further notice. Alternative arrangements may be made whereby the sender or recipient appoints a representative to collect the flowers or gifts directly from our florist. The items may then be hand-carried by that representative on the boat and personally delivered to the recipient on the neighbouring island. Kindly note that once the flowers or gifts have been handed over to the appointed representative, The Bali Florist is no longer responsible for their condition, handling, or safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritise the safe handling, quality, and condition of every arrangement we create.
