  • How can I pay on your website?
    All floral and gift orders must be prepaid in full through our website. Once you've selected your product and reached the checkout process, you'll be prompted to provide essential details, such as the recipient's name, address, delivery date and time, and a note for the greeting card. Payments are processed securely through Xendit, one of Southeast Asia's most trusted online payment gateways, offering a wide range of options: International and Local Cards: Credit, debit, and Nex cards via a secure connection. Bank Transfers: Virtual account transfers through local banks (Permata, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BJB, BSI, CIMB Niaga). Retail Outlet Payments: Pay at local convenience stores like Indomaret. QR Payments: Local QR payment options for added convenience.
  • My credit/debit card cannot go through. Do you have another payment option?
    If you're unable to complete your payment through Xendit's secure system using your credit or debit card, we offer an alternative option via PayPal. Please note that PayPal payments can only be processed in USD (US Dollars) and are not available for IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) at this time. To proceed with a PayPal payment, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 811 388270 and provide the following details so we can assist you and manually process your order: Your full name The product chosen from the website (including type or variety, if applicable) Delivery date Delivery time Recipient's name Delivery address Message for the greeting card Any special delivery instructions (if applicable) We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your order is completed smoothly.
  • How do you deliver bouquets and gifts?
    The Bali Florist strives to deliver flowers and gifts with ultimate care throughout the island. We use florist-dedicated drivers equipped with cars for bigger floral arrangements and motorbikes for smaller, easy-to-handle hand-bouquets.
  • What is your delivery coverage area?
    Our delivery coverage area throughout Bali comprises of the following 9 regencies: Please refer to the below map and list of sub-regencies (locally called ‘Kelurahan’ or also known as ‘Desa’ - translated as village) for more detailed areas.
  • Do you deliver to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida?
    Due to challenges in ensuring the safekeeping of unaccompanied flower products and other gifts, we are currently not delivering to the neighboring islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida (both part of Klungkung Regency) until further notice.
